AudioTX Communicator is capable of creating a low-delay PCM audio connection over any IP network. If the WAN does not have enough bandwidth for PCM then you can also use MPEG audio compression – this will add some coding delay to the total transmission delay, but it may still have less delay then the NetMeeting video stream.
