ISDN  momentary audio drop out (Read 1115 times)

Anyone a solution to momentary ISDN drop out?
Audio dissapears in TX direction. Line stays framed and 4/5 secs after audio re appears. ( like air bubble in the pipe). call does not break down. Mainly using G722. any ideas?

Hello,

What make/model codec are you using?

Problems like that can be related to the ISDN cable you are using. Please ensure that the cable is not to long and that it is of a good quality.

You can also call your ISDN provider and ask them to perform a line test. When you do so, explain that it is for a problem with the data service.
